Welford NP good
camping & fishing. Be aware some lesser roads in the area may still be impassable. Check with local Police. There are some nice spots on the 'river road' between
Windorah &
Jundah. Not sure condition of that road at the moment.

G'day Dave,
I'm keen on fishing & at first was planing to put my tinny on top of my
camp trailer for this trip but have now decided not to do that. As I have not been further west then
Charleville & don't know what the watercourses are like in this region. You sound like you know the area, have I made a good decision? or are there spots where you need a boat to fish?
