I never thought of adding a spare set of wheel studs amongst the bits and other stuff, got some loktite in there. Buggers to get out without a press though?

Russ, they actually bang out quite easily with a centre punch. That might be part of the prioblem. I'm looking at having something decent machined up out of High Tensile steel rather to replace the standard studs.
