Comment: Two days in the Pilbara

Thanks Joe,

I enjoyed the read. I love the Pilbara area and are always willing and eager to get back there, the colours are just magic.

Keep us informed,

Mike T (Vic).

G'day All
Thank you for the comment geltlemen, the Weeli Wolli Spring issue is a very touchy subject with the traditional land owners and it will not be resolved easily as I mentioned ~ only history will show if what is implemented today was indeed a good idea or not.

The Pilbara at the present moment is visually spectacular ~ all the waterholes are brim full with crystal clear water and the vegetation is full and green, it all looks so fresh and its not looked this nice in many a year. We are seeing plants and flowers re-appearing after 5 or more years of dormancy.

The wet season has been very beneficial ~ for this ancient land.
