Thanks again Mick, a good read as always. I reckon the
Mitchell Plateau has some of the best accessible art galleries around. The area under Merten Falls is really special. Agree with your assessment of some of the campers you get there as being totally inconsiderate. We copped similar but these lot had distinctly Aussie accents. Next trip there, and there will be a next trip we'll have to do the flight.

Cheers Dunc. Two times that $ are worth spending. Helicopter flight over
Mitchell and of course, The Bungles. I was privileged enough to spend a bit of time in the Drysdale Escarpment this year so saw the most amazing galleries of Gwion (Bradshaw) art imaginable.
Mitchell and Mertons are special though.
