Comment: Gallipoli Visit

It's a haunting place to visit Michael and one that gives you pause for thought and reflection. I sat on the beach at dawn quite a few years back and contemplated the actions of so many gallant men (including my great uncles on both sides of the family). It seemed so tragic and yet uplifting. As you walk amongst the headstones, the sense of loss is overwhelming. Great blog. Thanks. Mick
