Great Blog, excellent pics too. Love your rig - much better than towing a van around rough tracks like we do.
We saw several snakes just like the one in your pics, and in each case the snakes moved very slowly, even when the vehicle was approaching them. If, as I suspect, they are tiger snakes, they behave very differently to mainland ones.
We too have recently returned from Tassie, but did not do our blog as we went and consequently are still labouring through it. Hope to post it soon, so we can compare notes.
