Hi Stephen,
it took us just over 6 hrs to get back to the car
park with two stops for food on the way to
the summit, and lunch on top. The track follows
the ridge so is a relatively easy climb, apart from a couple of
places. Great
views from early on in the walk to ease any 'pain'
