Gidday,after reading what you have said i feel for you being so remote.your main problem is getting someone who wants to stick around and second unless they are self sufficient is accomadation,and the 3rd is finding someone who is willing to work to many benifits these days.currently we work up the cape and i know the locals here to are pretty shy when it comes to work.your job sounds ideal for a retired couple .if the hours were increased you may find more interested but thats easy for me to say sounds like your stuck between a rock and a hard place.i agree with some back packers the boredoom would get them even thou a lot are good workers.anyway i whish you luck in the future and some time in sept my wife and i will be passing through so we will stop in to say hi cheers Craig and Sue
