Hi Michelle, Have you had a look at the Coleman Folding Oven. Made up it is a 30cm cube and folded it is 30x30x25cm - very easily fillted into a little nook in the car.
It sits on top of your gas cooker - perfect scones in 12 minutes and a cake in 35min approx.
