Sounds like you had a great time and thanks for sharing. One thing you want to get for Christmas is some MaxTrax, they are great and would have been great when you were bogged.
You will have to go through your wildflower pictures and when the
Wildflowers, Photos stories come back up on the
forum, it would be good to see them put up.

We have since looked at MaxTrax and made some good Oooh and Aaaah noises about them - hopefully if we get some they won't get left behind with the shovel! We have decided that if we hadn't been bogged we would have had a rather predictable holiday story. Had great fun driving the car around town for a week before we found time to wash it.
Looks like you've done a bit of wildflowering as
well, with
the desert pea photo on your profile - We've only ever encountered the red variety before and usually totally unexpectedly, requiring the hasty application of brakes as we jump out for a photo. Had a look at the magnificent photos on your blog - very impressed.
