Out on the course - Trial Run

Today was a swim and ride the course day. Bugga me this is going to be a tough race. But firstly I went for a run on the treadmill in the hotel yesterday just to stretch the legs for a short 5km.

I'm visiting the same area in November.
I will have to do it in Caddy as I couldn't run out of sight on a dark foggy night. hahaha
