Comment: New Vehicle

Big Al, I will be interested to see how it went. John will surely like to know. He has been tied down for a year or so building a home at Merbein, outside Mildura.

Gave the x trail a good workout on the very wet sand and it went well.
We had a full load 3 passengers and gear. I left the tyers at 35 psi (to wet to get out) and ran Transmission in Auto.
On the way out ( No 3) crossing she stalled in the choped up and rutted sand but locked in 4WD it just climed out and we were on our way.
I am sure with tyers at around 20psi even with a full load it would go ok in dry sand, ground clearance might be a problem though.
