Hi Landy and all those that consider this issue worthy of comment.
Yes a thorny and multi-facetted problem. "competitive neutrality" hmmmm a concept of government practised in certain countries with mixed sucess.
So called free camps, sorry no such thing, someone is picking up the tab usually in the form of cleaning up the mess left by the uncaring minority.
Unfortunately everyone has a "hip pocket" it's just that some are larger than others. Already a significant proportion of our
population find it cheaper to book an overseas holiday than invest in a vehicle of some description to tour Australia. In these instances Ozi dollars are not just being moved from one internal location to another but to a foreign country.
Maybe just another point of view
