Hi Terry,
The answer is still the same – yes, as someone who enjoys travelling this country of ours!
To quote from my Blog “This is a personal
view point of
mine; I have no investments in caravan parks, I want to travel Australia as cheaply as I can, but importantly, I want to see a continuation of investment in tourism
infrastructure in Australia, as it provides jobs to the local community, and it ensures we have facilities available when we are travelling.”
And let me be clear, just because I have a differing
view point to you doesn’t mean that I necessarily have a vested interest, I am simply trying to present some objective opinion. But the reality is, if you could look through your bias you would see that unless this problem is resolved to the mutual benefit of all then we all suffer in the long-run and that is my concern.
I have no interest in either being right, or wrong, the purpose of my Blog, and following commentary, is to stimulate some reasoned thinking on the subject. I’ve posted what I think are some important considerations, and this has generated informed comment from many, some fore, and some against, which is pleasing.
Hopefully this is clear enough for you to move on from this type of questioning, as my intention of creating a Blog, rather than posting in the
forum, was to move away from the personality issues that can sometime stifle sensible debate on the
forum pages. So I’ll ask that you contain further commentary to discussion on the issues that I’ve raised, or perhaps pick up on the points others have.
Kind regards, The Landy
