Old fashioned method of preserving PASSION FRUIT.

Assuming that you have plenty of the fruit as we did when living in northern Vic in the 1960's.

It is very simple but effective.


Pulp your passion fruit.

For each cup of pulp add

1 cup of white sugar

1 disprin (it will dissolve itself)

Stir to combine the mixture

Place in a sealed (air tight) Jar.

It will keep for months, well after the fruit has dropped off the vine.
