Peppered Beef Pockets
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
½ teaspoon pepper Barbeque Dressing
1 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
½ teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon oil
500g blade steak 1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
4 shallots, chopped
1 carrot, grated
½ cup cheese, grated
4 pita bread
1 tomato, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed

Method:
1. Mix together pepper, paprika and chilli powder in a small dish.
2. Rub over both sides of meat.
3. Slice meat thinly.
4. Heat oil in frying pan, add meat and garlic and fry until cooked.
5. Place shallots, carrot and cheese in a bowl, add cooked meat and barbeque dressing.
6. Heat pita bread, cut in half and open.
7. Place meat filling and tomato slice in bread and serve.
