250 mls Balsamic Vinager
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon mustard hot as you like
Water to cover meat
I do
mine in my dream pot but it can be done on the stove.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 1/2 hrs
Or do to Dream pot instructions
I have also done Silverside very yummy
