Hi All, We have been out of internet range at Kings Canyon. Wow ! that was awesome. We were a little upset leaving Yulara - in the end we walked around the base, visited the cultural centre,

Congratulations Michael and family for a fabulous set of blogs covering this trip. Great pictures and well written. My wife and I are paying particular attention to your trip because we are travelling with a group from Melbourne next week and pretty much doing the same as you guys only we are travelling to Alice/Uluru via the Oodndatta track, Mt.Dare, Fink railway etc.

Our trip's main purpose is to fulfill a bucket list 'must do' from a traveller with us who unfortunately has a very serious illness. Having already travelled the world, his only wish is to spend some time in the centre and walk around Uluru. Your blog is a great read and we absolutely cannot wait to get there.

Hello Wayne and Julie,
I hope that you have a fantastic trip. When you visit Alice Springs make sure that yo uvisit the Desert Park. It was fantastic. The school of the Air was also well worth the visit. In Alice the McDonnell Ranges Caravan Park - Big Four is the best in town.
