Your 80 Series will do it in a doddle. WE took a very similar trip a few years back in our 80 series. Had a CV joint fail at
Adelaide River, but nothing more. I should also add that my mechanic son told me it was on its way out before we left, and I told him I get itl ooked at when we got back. Just about to clock up 400,000km on
mine (this week) and it's ready to go again. Enjoy your trip. You are going to some fabulous
