Comment: Burton's Perth to Cape York – Cape Leveque, Broome 9-13 July 2012 Day

Hi Mike, have been looking forward to your latest instalments of your trip Blog, thoroughly enjoy them. It astounds me that the mechanics you saw prior to Broome couldn't diagnose the fuel problem. I'm no mechanic but the symptoms that you had been describing sure sounded like fuel problems to me. Yep got to agree with you the Cape Laveque Rd is a doozy. Was on the Gunbarrel last week also and didn't much enjoy those corrugations either. LOL.
Look forward to your final instalments of this trip of yours and hope you continue to blog your future trips.

Wow Duncan! I'm a little overwhelmed by the number of people reading and commenting on our rushed blogs! Thanks so much for your kind comments. It sort of helps sustain the holiday and trip when all the sad end is in sight LOL.
I'm envious of you and the Gunbarrel...love the remoteness of it and will certainly drive it again. Enjoy and thanks. Mike
