A great blog. Thanks for sharing words and pictures. A bit of a tease telling about a place that sounds practically impossible to gain an access permit. LOL. I guess if we start applying now, then sometime in years to come a yes maybe granted!! : )

Start planning indeed, it is a fantastic place to visit with so much to see and learn about, and Robin is the most unreal guide to take you around.
On the 18th December 2009, Section 400 was officially handed back to its traditional owners, and the area is now run by the
Maralinga Tjarutja, and Robin will be handling the permits, so access will now be easier than ever before.
