Hi Phill,
We camped at Jillakin Rock a couple of weeks before the races and were amazed at the setup there and the work that was going on to prepare for the races. A good view of the racecourse from the top of
the rock. We guessed that the bush surrounding
the rock was heavily used by campers during the races. The Tin Horse highway is a real tourist attraction highlighting wonderful bush humour. Thanks for filling us in on what happens at the races - sounds like great fun.
Cheers,
Val
