Ross,
Thank you for bringing that to our attention, we agree that it may seem a little bit hard to follow.
The full travel of the dial indicator is not shown in the video however the engine had already been turned in 1mm, therefore the dial gauge had already done 1 full revolution (1mm).
You will notice in the video when he is achieving his timing specifications the second smaller indicator on the dial gauge has in fact moved.
The video is instructional only, the vehicle specific timing specifications are available at www.dencodiesel/free-ebook or through manufacturer manuals.
The correct timing specification for the HZ Landcruiser is 1.03mm - 1.09mm
