Yes I was thinking the same about your diet. The time you felt best was after eating a salad - so remember that and try to get as much raw fruit and veggies in your diet as you can. It's incredible reading how much assistance you get from people - I hope you know that is rare to encounter so are surely touching people's hearts and YOU are making a difference. Don't give up on yourself - these thoughts of "letting yourself down" are baseless. Just be kind to yourself which means don't judge you. Just do it. As observers we can all see a courageous, selfless, compassionate, woman making an effort that most others would be too afraid to even consider so its ok for you to have lonely feelings etc - you are human!
