You are doing such a great job! Try to be a bit easier on yourself. I have no idea what your diet is like but if you lack the correct nutrition for your walking you will suffer the effects of the imbalance of nutrients in your brain in the form of depression in it's various forms. You really need to feed yourself well and make sure you get good carbs that you will burn off as you walk and not starve your brain. I really admire your efforts!! Keep up the good work.
