Comment: Week 6 and a bit Scamander to Orford and Freycinet

Thank you for your honesty in sharing your struggles. What you have taken on is such a huge, courageous, long term challenge and your body and mind would I think take considerable time to adjust to spending so much time walking, much of it alone. It is heartening to read of the generousity and hospitality of the locals....makes you realise that there is so much good in the world.
As the others have already stated you will need to ensure your body gets adequate nutritious food to meet your energy needs to keep you in good health. Soon there will be an abundance of delicious fruits and berries, cherries.....unbelievably good in Tassie!
By the way I love seeng your photos as they bring back some wonderful memories of our travels in Tasmania.
I have so much admiration for you.... please be kind to yourself....what you are doing is pretty amazing and must be making so many more people aware of depression. (including me)
Kind regards,
Heather MG
