Hi John and Val
Interesting to hear about the colour of the
water at the
Cooper Creek solar
bore. The last time we were there the
water was very clean and sweet in taste.
As for the vehicle with the shocker troubles, we were kept up to date by the daily skeds on the VKS network. We first heard about the troubles when we were at
Maralinga.
Thanks for the update.
Cheers
Stephen

Hi Stephen,
We only filled two 3 litre
water bottles, as a matter of principle if we have a chance to top up our supply then we do so. I think the quality was OK though.
I gather getting the right shocks became a bit of a saga that involved quite a long wait for them to arrive. It was a bit optimistic to think that the right ones would be in stock at
Laverton!
Cheers,
Val.
