Hi Michael,
Always keen to add another good camping spot to the list. I have found the town but would like the Lat/Long for the camping spot if you have it. You said it is cooler - what is the altitude?
Hope you enjoy you time there. We are getting away from the head in the Narrabri area up on Mount Kaputar in the Mount Kaputar National Park. We are camped at about 1400m above sea level. Just lovely!
