Comment: Assessing and Addressing Driver Risk

As I say to my trainees. Driving already involves massive levels of multitasking in order to perceive hazards and minimise risk, adding another layer of complexity is always going to be dangerous. One of the benefits ofCognitive assessment of drivers, is it highlights those who need to focus more on various aspects. I am not afraid to post my own results of cognitive testing to show you what I mean- bear in mind I am 52 years of age but I drove between 40,000 and 60,000 every year for the past nearly 20 years, so I may not be average! I will post the results on my wordpress blog and add links here.
