Hi David,
The old 40 litre Engel still serves me
well after about 20 years. Totally reliable, and helped keep my self-cryovacced and refrigerated meat safe at least 5 weeks. Steak, bacon, ham, sausages. No worries. I always do the smell test before cooking. And of course you know how to cryovac sausages - freeze them first. Then into Engel to slowly thaw. Think I learnt that one from ExplorOz.
