Lynne agree with MH's comments re the
Forum. However, I travelled along the southern bourder of the
park to the Helena & Aurora Ranges via the Mt Jackson Road over the March LWE this year. Th etracks are in excellent condition due to the extent of mining in the area and excellent free
bush camping is readily available throughout the area. Be carefull on thetracks if it has rained as we encountered some very soft patches which saw the lead vehicle in our group become bogged mid track.
If you have decent maps you can meander through these tracks and eventually come out on the Gold Fields Highway around
Menzies. Great drive and lovely scenery.
