Hi Baz, The Landy.
I am a bit offended by your remarks about bean counters and I wonder what is wrong with your ear that gloves need to be worn to touch it, but apart from that I broadly agree with your comments.
I did my first big lap with a conventional Commodore towing a standard tandem caravan. There were things that we didn't see but there was a lot that we did. And we put in the four months that we had available with no trouble at all. I now have a mildly modified Mitsubishi Challenger and a not to ambitious off road van and believe that they will carry me anywhere I want to go between now and when I kick the bucket. But if I had unlimited funds I might have a totally different view.
Cheers,
Kevin

And of course bean counters make the world go round - bless them!
Great photo of
Lawn Hill, had it picked as soon as I saw it, been there many times!
Cheers, Baz
