I have loved the far north since working there in the early 1960's and your lovely descriptions capture the trees perfectly.

Thanks for your comments Heather. I'm still thinking about the trees. And you'll be happy to know that of all the people I've spoken to, I'm the only one who didn't think the flight over the Bungle Bungle was fabulous. I hope you enjoy it and safe travelling.
