Essentially, you build it using a bullet-proof template. You have a preview button to see it as you build it exactly in the finished format as a Trek Note on the site but its a hidden page until I approve it. So, you can do it all at your leisure and then when you're satisfied its finished, you send me an email and I check/approve and activate it. The whole thing is surprisingly straigtforward but it all hinges on the data - you must update Places with your POIs and you must have the actual driven driving route file.
