Hi Bob. Yes, we do think the Outback StarCraft is great value and it takes us just about anywhere we want to go. One of the reasons we decided to go with Jayco again was because of the large network of repairers and service centres. I just wish they did more of a check of vehicles before letting them leave the factory. (In our case turning on the
water to do the
water pressure test maybe!!) I have the draft of a letter to Jayco customer service to tell them of our issues and my thoughts about improving their product which I intend sending off once it is edited.
We certainly have given our van a thorough testing this year and have just returned home after a week away with it. Everything seems to be working.... We had heavy falls of rain a couple of times and there were no leaks...so very happy with it all now.
And you are correct about Michael. It is very convenient having him so close to home to do our work plus we know he does the job to the best standard. I will pass on your hello to him when we see him next.
regards, Heather
