lSU Spacecab - just got a
snorkel fitted up yesterday. So far the other stuff done - ARB 300kg
suspension kit - sliders fitted and steps removed - Al canopy on wellbody (may yet ditch the lot and get a tray) - ARB rear towbar/step - 275 65 16 STMaxx on steels (speedo now reads 1-2km higher than HEMA) - came with OE front bar.....difficult to get spotlights but need to sort out a new bumper first so I can get another bar with more room - the low beam are really woeful on the open road and I've been told I can't put in HID as the projector lens is too small for the heat generated.....yet to get that one confirmed. So far it has done plenty of trips and is doing everything
well - nothing spectacular just does everythingwell.

Sounds like a good bus and the picture looks good, I just had a look on the Cooper website for the size tyre you mention, are you sure they aren't 265/75 16inch , whatever they are have you noticed much difference in the gearing between standard fit tyres and the ones you have on now? We have a fair bit to do to ours yet, steady steady, we have a bit of time before our 5 desert s corner trip to WA next year. Cheers, Kanga.
