We are about to embark on our
Kimberley Experience, heading off next Saturday the 10th May from
Adelaide.
We are planning to be in
Kununurra for 4 days from 17th May, then Plan "A" is to head down the GRR and returning via the bitumen back to
Kununurra some 24 days later.
Perhaps we will meet somewhere along the track.
My vehicle is a silver Holden Colorado towing a
Camp-o-Matic Camper with an ExplorOz wheel cover on the back.
I am so excited, seven days to blast off and counting down.
"I love a sunburnt country,
A land of sweeping plains,
Of ragged mountain ranges,
Of droughts and flooding rains."
Well, hopefully the flooding rains are over and the
Kimberley will reward us with the full splendor of this section of our great Country.
