Comment: Trip Planning - Everything has risk associated with it!

Agree everything has risks . I was on Oodnadatta track last week and came across a German and French couple who had been stranded for one and half days- broken down Nissan patrol. Luckily I had sat phone and was able to call authorities and later on saw mechanic and police going to them from Marla. Unfortunately on same track, I hit a roo- bent bull bar which smashed front lights- this is on a trip of 12 weeks and we are in our second week- can still drive and will get fixed when back in melbourne- could gave been much worse is the way I look at it
