Big rigs and tyre pressure - a riddle to be sure :-)
My F250 has duel rears and a GVM of 5.7 tonnes.
After a bit of experimenting and a talk with Toyo (I run M55s) I have settled on about 50 psi in the front with an axle load of around 2.2 tonnes and 40 psi in the rears with 3.2 tonnes. If the going gets a bit rough, I drop the fronts down to about 40.
Temps seem to stay OK, if anything on the cool side except when up over 95 kph.
