Comment: Petrol Toyota Landcruiser 200 fuel contamination and blockage problems

Thank you so very much for posting this, I just had the same thing happen driving from Qld to Darwin towing a trailer, the car limped into Tennant creek and after changing the secondary filter twice I made it to Darwin. I took the car into Bridge auto's Toyota where I explained the symptoms, after taking my $ they only did a download and said the 4wd solenoid needed replacing at $3000.00! I asked to speak to the service manager whom basically said drive it until it happens again. Funny how I said to them I was suspect on the fuel pump and they assured me that couldn't be the problem. If you have any pics of accessing the fuel tank pump / filter, it would be much appreciated. Thank you, Scott.
