Comment: Copyright – I can use this photograph (Can’t I?)

Every original photograph (is unique), regardless, the question is 'how to prove that' which is relatively easy really when you are looking at the genuine article. When we change the original with any of the vast array of image editing tools that process alone makes the image even more unique.

My approach to copyright is "If it isn't mine then leave it alone or seek permission to use or buy", that is the law and the legal eagles make their money interpreting those rules for their clients - but my image is my image because they can be matched with the original no problems.
