Hi all,
Can the windscreen of a std 100 series be removed/replaced with a airtech snorkle which raps around the top of the screen as the cover strips pass under the snorkle and onto the roof. Have been advice I have to remove snorkle to replace screen. Pain in the Ar*# if I have to remove Snorkle.

I've had my windscreen replaced in my GXL and they did NOT have to remove the airtech snorkle. The snorkle is attached with mounting plates at side only (like every other snorkle) and not over top where it curves round over windscreen.

Bernie,
also have the standard 100 series, same set up as you. You dont have to remove the
snorkel to replace screen. you will need to be a little careful when removing the trim as they bend out of shape easily and may not fit back on as
well as they should. this can happen on either side. I replaced
mine about two months ago.
