Thanks Baz for you clear and concise blog, and thank you Michelle for adding the facts from your knowledge and experiences. Facebook is another story, where they claim copyright over everything you publish there, yet people think if you have put it on Facebook you can expect to have it pinched.

So easy to just ask the person, and most are happy that you like and want to use their photos.
