Terowie is a shadow of its former glory as a Railway hub where the famous change of gauge happened.
You can walk around the
ruins of the old train station and surrounding rail yards and read the many Infomation boards and be surprised how big the whole place was.
Terowie in WWII became very famous for a transiting US General, but you have to visit the Rail Station
ruins to find out!
