I'm interested in purchasing one of these two units (Power Monkey Extreme or Power Monkey Explorer) and would appreciate any
feedback from anyone who uses them.
Thanks in advance

Bit short on replies, Munji, eh.
Haven't got one of the Power Monkey units, but had a read of the specs today. My thoughts were that they'd suitable for bushwalking, motorbike touring or even kayaking, but some of the kit would be superfluous if you were in a 4wd, with dual batteries and all the fruit, to recharge your phone/tablet etc.
Between the 2, I'd go for the one without all the plugs and sockets, as most,
well some of us, already have these already. Those little solar panels looks the goods, might be handy if you camping and not have to worry about charging in your vehicle.
I bought a Yellow Stone thingy like these, from JB HiFi. It's about 5500 mAh, and has a USB plug, a Lightning plug and a USB socket. About $60 from memory. Bought it to recharge my iPad, if I couldn't access any other charging source.
