Get a litre of water in a spray bottle Put a desertspoon of dishwash liquid in it.
Spray both the screen and sticky side of sticker with it.
Put on windscreen and get in position and scrape a credit card or similar straight thing across to expel the water and it will stick.
If you want to be fussy after getting it in place you can spray diluted isopropyl alcohol under one end to tack it and then use the credit card. That makes the water disperse and allows it to stick.
Thats how you put vinyl wrap on.
Have done my bumpers and door sills with 3M wrap like that.

David has a "How to" video on the page for the sticker, in the
shop, Greendog. Bit hard to hear, but you'll get the drift. He doesn't root around with spray bottles, as I would have suggested, but just uses a sponge, soapy water and an EO members card.
Might just pay to mark the centre of screen beforehand, so sticker looks even. Otherwise looks pretty straight forward.

I run two strips of masking tape across the windscreen at the top extremity then another at the lower edge leaving enough space between the two parallel runs of masking tape to fit the sticker in.
Check the area is straight, clean etc.
Measure the overall length of the sticker, divide by 2 to find your half way point.
Then mark the masking tape to show your half way mark of your windscreen, measure back to find your starting point and away you go. Keep it between the tape and smooth out air bubbles as you go using a ....wait for it..... a candle. The candle won't dig into the sticker and tear it yet is hard enough to push out the air.
Remove masking tape....wash away any residue and bingo.
