Downloading Treks to Apple Mac

Hi guys,
Its probably been covered here before but I cant find it. I'm a new member with a new desktop Apple Mac and want to download trek notes etc but its telling me it needs a file to download onto.
Its a steep learning curve for an old bloke, so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Create a new folder and download to it. Every thing is easy when you know how.

Hi Ian
Are you trying to download .plt files (track files?). I use Macs however it is difficult to run Oziexplore on Apples.
