I have the same picture taken from a few metres back right on the intersection but would not have recognised it because when I was there in July 2011 the spinifex was more than waist high.

Good guess Norm, the country looks similar from a distance, however it's a bit further north east - Chris and Motherhen got it!!!!

There must be two cause what I've been to is nothing like it.
