Hi all, anyone had any experiences using the campervan relocation service that Apollo, Britz, etc..have available- to get a so called cheap holiday? have read the details- sounds interesting ?ok. you get time to drive it, fuel allowance, etc.. and pay $1 a day. T's @ C's are a good read- especially the parts that say you pay for this, that , the other if anything goes wrong. looks like your also up for $1,000+ bond off the credit card up front- refundable from them if there happy at end of trip!

Bloke I work with has taken a few long weekends to do them. He seems to think it's great.

Did a relocation from
Adelaide to
Melbourne airport 8 days for $80.00 plus fuel was great value -drove the great ocean road
A bit of advice
check the vehicle thoroughly and make them note any scratches dints or missing items before you leave makes it easier at the other end getting your deposit back I've never had an issue
