Hi, I am chasing a relatively simple app for a netbook to import, file & view photo's. Not concerned with editing etc. Any idea's appreciated.

Muzbry Hi,
Thanks

Thought of that but having trouble locating a cable to connect, the Netbook has a slightly different mini usb connection.
Cheers Mike.

Hi

Muzbry's reply was somewhat ambiguous but he could possibly mean "hook" by bluetooth or wireless. I have a Panasonic lumix and there is a Panasonic Android app that lets you transfer photos from the camera via wireless. I have never heard of any cable that connects a camera direct to an android device. You may need to get hold of a card reader..e.g.

Android card reader

I am not sure if the usb connection on the hub shown in the link above would allow the camera itself to be connected or if there are other similar gadgets that do.

Cheers
Greg
